- Worth Avenue Residence. A 7,000 sq ft luxury residential renovation, carried out in multiple phases with premium finishes and close coordination between trades.
- Cocoon Gallery. A 3,400 sq ft renovation of an upscale furniture store and design gallery. Permits and entitlements had to be coordinated alongside construction, and the space had to keep its architectural character while working as a public showroom.
- Love Binetti Boutique. A new 1,000 sq ft retail build-out for a boutique clothing store, planned around brand presentation and customer flow.

At the Port Mayaca Polo Club, the firm handled permitting, entitlements, engineering coordination and construction across Lots 7, 11, 12, 22 and 23 of a private facility, a large, phased project with complex site coordination. For the Paul Labrecque salon, it managed permits and entitlements and delivered a complete 3,500 sq ft build-out for salon and skincare operations.
