Neill and I met years ago when he was an exec at a large tenant improvement contracting firm.
Naturally when an opportunity to invite bidders to an office relocation for a well known logistics and
transportation enterprise Engler Construction was included. During the bid period Neill took a
personal interest in understanding the expectations of the client as well as mine, and he posed the best
questions, which not only enabled him to submit the most comprehensive bid, but also convinced me of
his personal commitment to the project. True to his word, he addressed the entire scope of work on the
contract documents, managed his subs skillfully, participated in cost reduction efforts, and became a
trusted collaborator to me and my client. An added level of complexity was the client's separate
relationship with his furniture vendor, whose installation was coordinated perfectly with the other
trades in the final days before occupancy. Neill Engler and Engler Construction performed to the
highest standards of integrity and quality, and completed the project before the agreed upon date,
which saved the client considerable expense during the moving process. I recommend Neill Engler to

We had Engler Construction do a complete remodel of our lobby and some office space as well, and
